三、研究方向

1．细菌耐药与致病机制的分子生物学研究

主要从事肺炎克雷伯氏菌、肺炎链球菌等耐药与致病机制的分子生物学研究，近3年获得国家自然科学基金青年基金项目“泛耐药肺炎克雷伯氏菌耐药基因分别、多态性及新型耐药基因挖掘研究”，省科技厅项目“多重耐药肺炎链球菌新型毒力因子挖掘及其多表位疫苗研究”“金属β-内酰胺酶基因（IMP， VIM， NDM）三重PCR检测试剂盒研制”、省、市、校“肺炎链球菌毒力基因多表位疫苗构建”等。

2．寄生虫感染免疫与免疫诊断、防治研究

主要从事肺吸虫、阴道毛滴虫、蠕形螨等寄生虫的感染免疫、诊断及防治研究。近5年获得“肺吸虫重组抗原免疫诊断的建立及应用研究”、“肺吸虫病的免疫诊断及防控模式研究”等6项省、市、厅局级科研项目资助。
